Is it true that a PC running Windows 3.1/3.11 can only effectively used 12
MB of RAM
while if one upgrade to Win95 or NT this limitation is not there ?
What about maximum file size that can be opened/accessed ? I am having
problem
when my application that writes to a database using MS Access hit the 13 MB
file mark. Seems that the program hangs or gets confused, and when WORD
is opened (in trying to generate a report), it will only get the few first
record.
Anybody has similar experience ?
