help on Visual C++

I am trying to install Visual C++ student version ( ver 1 ),
during installation I found a message :
Internal Error: Cannot read from Source file
A:\include\windowsx.H_
What does it mean ?
for information my computer is 486/SX with 140 MB hardisk and
4 meg ram.
