the best place to go for this is tsx-11.mit.edu under /pub/linux/BETA/dosemu.
This thing keeps changing and may not be compatible with certain versions
of kernel and libc.

Try getting the lastest version, and you might wanna consider upgrading
that libc to 5.3.12 or downgrade to 5.2.18

I stop using dosemu since I can do most tasks (not running apps) using
Linux utils. I just do it once in a while for kicks. :)
